Mr. Dinesh Agarwal is a Registered Patent Attorney, who prior to starting his own firm was a Senior and Managing Partner of an Intellectual Property (IP) law firm in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Mr. Agarwal has been practicing intellectual property law for 18+ years and has assisted individual and corporate clients from U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia, Japan and South America, in various aspects of IP law and has represented clients in various technologies.

Mr. Agarwal holds Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Juris Doctor (J.D.) degrees from the University of Maryland (USA) obtained in 1979 and 1984, respectively. He is a Member of the Virginia and Maryland State Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC), the Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).
